IIC Partners' Paris-Headquartered Firm Progress Appoints Séverine Leca New Industrial Practice Leader

World Top 10 retained executive search organization IIC Partners is pleased to announce that its Paris-based member Progress has named Séverine Leca as its new Industrial Practice Leader and Partner in the firm. Ms Leca will also focus on Professional Services.

Ms Leca began her career in strategy and management consulting with Bossard Consultants. She then spent 10 years with AT Kearney, as a Manager then Principal, assisting her clients on strategy and transformation issues in industrial goods and the financial services, retail and media sectors. In 2006, she moved into executive search and was involved as a Principal with the launch of CTPartners in Paris, where she focused on industrial goods and professional services. She graduated from HEC Business School in Paris.
